Ingredients

Paprika
1 Teaspoon
Ground Beef
2 Cups
Tomatoes, finely diced
1 1/2 Cups
Garlic
2 Cloves
Ginger
1/2
Mixed Vegetables
2 Cups
For the top layer
Pumpkin, cooked and drained
400 Grams
Eggs
2
Cream
1/4 Cup
Salt
Pepper

Steps

  1. In pan sautee the onion until it is translucent.
  2. Then add the paprika, ginger and garlic and sautee further.
  3. Then add the ground beef and move it around the pan until it has slightly browned.
  4. As it begins to brown add the tomatoes and the mixed vegetables and let it cook thoroughly.
  5. Spoon this mixture into individual ramekins or your pie dish and spread evenly.
  6. For the layer above the ground beef mixture, process together the pumpkin, cream and eggs together until combined thoroughly.
  7. Layer it on top of the beef mixture and bake in an oven preheated to 350 degree Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve.
