Ingredients

Pumpkin, Diced
500 Grams
Beans, Snapped in
two 300 Gram
Potatoes, medium-sized, diced

Butter, melted
3 Tablespoons
Pepper, powdered
2 Teaspoons
Salt
To Taste
Milk
3/4 Cup
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
100 Grams
Eggs

Onion, sliced

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, toss together the vegetables, pepper powder, salt and butter together.
  2. In an oven preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, bake the veggies for 35 minutes.
  3. While the veggies are baking, whisk together the cheese, milk and eggs together.
  4. At the end of 35 minutes, remove the veggies from the oven and pour the cheese mix all over it. Return to oven for a further 25 minutes or until the potatoes are all well cooked.
  5. Serve!
