Ingredients

Long Grain Rice
2 Cups
Celery chopped
1/4 Cup
Chicken Franks (chopped)

Cilantro/Coriander Leaves
1 Cup
Chopped Tomato
1/2 Cup
Onionchopped

Paprika
2 Tablespoons
Water
3-4 Cups

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil and toss in the onion, tomato, cilantro and celery. Saute them briefly.
  2. Now add salt to taste and the paprika. Mix well.
  3. Add Water (Measure out the water as per the cooking instruction of the rice.)
  4. Add the chicken franks and bring the water up to a boil.
  5. Once the water has boiled, add the rice. Bring the water back to boil. Once it has boiled, lower the flame to a simmer and close the pot.
  6. Let the rice cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve with ketchup
